| Business Strategy & Outsourcing Learning Community - KEY TRAINING OUTSOURCING DEALS |

You can submit a historical BIG DEAL even if it is no longer part of your Company's business activities or an existing engagement. To qualify as a "BIG DEAL" on Business Strategy & Outsourcing Learning Community, the outsourcing engagement must satisfy the following criteria:
- The outsourced services must relate to training and education business processes.
- The Agreement must be for a minimum of three-years and generate revenues of at least $1 million per year for the Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP)

| RIGHT TO REFUSE |
| Business Strategy & Outsourcing Learning Community may, at its complete discretion, refuse any BIG Deal submission and reserves the right to reject, alter, or remove any information, at any time, submitted for or included on its "Key Business Strategies and Outsourcing Training Deals" feature. |
