We have recently expanded our capabilities to include consulting services aimed to help clients who seek clarity on what needs to be done to improve business performance. RPS consultants, most of whom are Six Sigma Master Blackbelts, employ their experience in culture change, lean manufacturing and other statistical tools, as well as social network analysis and decision-making processes, to help clients develop an understanding of how their organization functions and how best to enhance efficiency and innovation.

3D Math Data This animation uses 3D math data to show system/component location and can be used in video courses and in Web based training. It enables the learner to "see through solid materials" to locate key components efficiently thus reducing the need for costly physical cutaways.

Steps of Operation This animation is used to demonstrate the steps of operation. It enhances understanding of system relationships and interdependent functions by showing a visual step-by-step process supported by narration.

Service Procedures Overview This Web based training module demonstrates service procedures and allows interactive learning without expensive equipment and resources. It conveys clear and correct information to any number of learners without risk of personal injury and equipment damage.
