Bill Bruck is the lead solutions architect and co-founder of Q2Learning, LLC, developer of the xPERT eCampus, the leading collaboration platform for learning and knowledge sharing and winner of the 2004 Brandon Hall gold Excellence in Learning award for innovative technology.
Bill designed the eCampus technology and end-to-end methodology that has been used in hundreds of communities of practice and blended learning programs for Fortune 500 corporations. He serves as a luminary for media and industry relations, and provides keynotes internationally on collaboration technologies and their impact on organizations.
Bill comes from academia, where he was a tenured full professor of psychology and director of institutional research at Marymount University. During that time, he designed a system for assessing institutional effectiveness that was cited as an exemplar during re-accreditation by the Southeastern Association of Schools and Colleges (SACS).
Bill has written over a dozen books on the effective use of technology, which have been translated into five languages. Microsoft Press published his latest book, "Taming the Information Tsunami."
Dr. Bruck earned his bachelor's degree from Brown University in human studies, his master's degree from Duquesne University in clinical psychology and his doctorate from the University of Florida in counseling psychology. His accomplishments have been recognized by his listing in Marquis Who's Who in America since 2000.
Don Duquette
Don Duquette is Senior Vice President of GP's Learning Solutions Group. In this position he is responsible for the company's global training outsourcing practice. Mr. Duquette has over 25 years of workforce learning experience. His international consulting experience includes the full spectrum of learning such as blended learning, learning strategies, and corporate training governance. Prior to the merger of GP e-Learning Technologies Inc. with GP he was the Chief Operating Officer of GP e-Learning Technologies Inc. where he guided GP e-Learning's operational strategy, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organization's 125 professionals that developed and implemented e-learning solutions for Global 2000 corporations. He holds a BS degree (Mechanical Engineering) from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive MBA from Loyola. As a recognized authority on learning and corporate training strategies, Mr. Duquette is a frequent presenter at industry conferences, a three time Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning judge and was named as one of the industries most influential training professionals in 2007.
As Executive Vice President, Client Services with Intrepid Learning Solutions, Mike Flanagan leads the delivery of learning services to Intrepid clients, including consulting, instructional design, media production, instructor led-delivery, and project management. As an Intrepid consulting principal, Flanagan has led client teams for major global clients in industries that include financial services, high technology, management consulting, aerospace, and retail, and in service areas that include learning strategy, LMS selection, organizational benchmarking and curriculum development.
In his prior roles at Intrepid, Flanagan developed many of the research methodologies, consulting toolsets, and process models are now the basis for ongoing Intrepid consulting work. He has written a monthly column on web-based training design for Training magazine, and frequently speaks at industry conferences and workshops on topics ranging from e-learning strategy to best practices in web-based training design. A graduate of Yale University with a master's degree from the University of Washington, Flanagan has an extensive background in education, curricula design, and applied linguistics.
Chris Gaborit is a director and founding partner of The Learning Factor. He focuses primarily on The Learning Factor’s global partnerships, customer relations and business development.

Previously, Ms. Kidwell led the team that designed, developed and now operates eArmyU.com, which is IBM's $450M path-breaking initiative to provide online education to the Army's enlisted soldiers, anytime, anywhere. eArmyU was up and running in 30 days and today delivers education to over 40,000 soldiers globally. eArmyU is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and has been cited in dozens of newspaper and magazine articles.
Ms. Kidwell has more than 21 years' experience in program management and higher education, including eight years as an Admissions Director and 13 years as a consultant. As a consultant, she has helped her clients to maximize their business and education performance by integrating online learning programs and services to meet their specific needs. She has managed enterprise-wide system-level projects that involve technology, process, and organization changes. As the former PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Industry Partner for the Education industry, she provided overall leadership, strategic direction, and management for the firm's consulting, financial advisory, and compliance services; and she managed personnel located in the Americas and Europe.
She is viewed as a thought leader and is interviewed regularly by the media on trends in learning outsourcing and online education, and has given dozens of conference presentations and key note addresses on education and training topics. She has authored numerous articles and monographs on learning, transformation in higher education and the impact of technology on the education sector.
Tom has over 20 years of experience in developing human resources strategies and learning initiatives linked to market and business strategy. His expertise lies in human resource strategy development, workforce development and leadership, organization change, business process outsourcing, and organizational systems and process. Prior to joining Accenture, Tom spent 3 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for managing its learning consulting and outsourcing practice.
Tom has been extensively involved in technology and market-driven organizational change projects. He has managed large scale restructuring efforts in retail banking, trust and investments, operations and information technology. Tom is a frequent speaker to national and international audiences on such topics as HR trends and issues, workforce productivity, risk management, service quality, leadership and organizational change.
Tom holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota. His B.A. and MA in Educational Psychology are from Ball State University. He has been active in numerous professional groups, including the ABA, HRSP, ASTD, ISA, and SIOP.
As Chief Executive Officer, Paul Krause is responsible for spearheading the rapid growth and development of Element K in every area of its business. He oversees the Online Learning Products business, the Learning Services business, and the Print Courseware business, as well as all financial and administrative functions.
Most recently, Krause was President at Element K and held numerous positions there since joining the company, then Ziff Davis Education, in 1996 as Director of Business Management and Operations. In 1998, he was promoted to Business Manager for the Courseware Publishing Division, and later that year assumed responsibility for Interactive Product Development. Krause later served as Vice President of Financial Planning and EVP of Development and Operations. Prior to joining ZD Education, he held various financial, information technology and operational positions. Krause received his BS in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University and an MBA from Simon Graduate School of Business Administration (University of Rochester).
Marianne Langlois serves as Vice President, Learning Services for Convergys Learning Solutions, a premiere provider of comprehensive global learning solutions and a segment of the Convergys Employee Care business unit. Langlois is responsible for the U.S. and global Learning Solutions business. Prior to joining Convergys, Langlois served as Director of Program Management and Learning Solutions for Haverstick Consulting, Inc., a commercial and government business and technology consultancy. There, she was responsible for the business strategy, financial management and execution activities of more than 300 consultants in successfully delivering innovative solutions to technology, business process and learning challenges for Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries as well as government agencies. In this role, she was also responsible for successfully integrating acquisitions and orchestrating large-scale reorganizations and to support Haverstick's growth, operations and customer satisfaction strategies.
Previously, Langlois was Vice President of Client Services and Implementations for BISYS, Inc, the former Banking and Thrift Services division of ADP. She was part of the core start-up team for the new company, taking them through their initial public offering in 1990. She held numerous management and executive positions and drove the company's outsourcing division to more than $100M in revenues over a 10-year period. Her responsibilities there included program management, training and support services and client satisfaction for more than 200 financial institutions, across a multi-site operations environment.
Langlois has a Project Management Professional certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute, the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). She holds a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati
David J. Letts is vice president and general manager of Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS), a unit of Raytheon Company. RPS is an award-winning provider of integrated learning solutions that improve the performance of commercial, military and government organizations worldwide. The company delivers more than five million hours of custom training in 22 languages on six continents each year.
A 25-year veteran of the HR and learning fields, Letts has led RPS since 2001. Vic was active in the growth of the computer training industry from its beginning! He was the founder & CEO of one of the first and most successful training companies in America. With eight Authorized Education Centers, Vitronix was the largest Northeast computer training company which he sold to a multibillion-dollar IT Service Company. It had the first and largest Microsoft, Sun and Novell Education Centers in New England and the first Authorized Oracle Training Center in the country.
Previously, Vic was a management consultant for emerging technical companies and founded several including: Victor Associates, the largest computer manufacturers' representative in New England; and Victor Electronics, the first New England regional computer distributor. He began his career managing the development of many of the original technologies at the early computer labs and companies.
Vic has a B.S. and M.A. in Physics from the College of the Holy Cross and Columbia University, respectively, all of his Doctoral credits from the latter, and an MBA from Northeastern University. He has been an adjunct professor at Boston University and Boston College, where he developed and taught technical and management courses. He was awarded technical appointments at the Los Alamos and Naval Research Laboratories.

Eric Rodgers
Mr. Eric Rodgers is a Senior Vice President accountable for both operations and business development within the Talent Development and Operational Excellence Group of General Physics Corporation (GP). With over twenty years of experience in adult learning and training consulting, Eric oversees the strategic approaches and successful launch of human performance improvement projects, services, sales, and marketing activities focused on multiple market sectors. Eric's industry experience spans numerous industries including; High-tech, Metals, Postal, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Food & Beverage and Pulp & Paper. Eric's primary areas of focus include technical training program development, blended learning solutions, Business Process Outsourcing, learning consulting, and enterprise learning assessments. Eric's experience encompasses virtually every form of training intervention from design, development, and delivery to LMS interventions, and instructor-led training and distance learning methodologies. Frank Russell is the President and CEO of GeoLearning, Inc., a leading provider of ASP-hosted human capital management and development (HCMD) solutions. GeoLearning has been awarded some of the e-learning industry's largest outsourcing contracts, including a 5-year $7 million contract to host and service the federal government's Electronic Human Resources Integration (EHRI) initiative, a $2.56 million 3-year contract to host and deliver homeland security-related training for the State of New Jersey's 145,000 first responders, and a 4-year contract to host the Government Online Learning Center at www.golearn.gov that provides online training services to 1.8 million federal government employees.
Frank has more than 25 years of experience in the training and development field. Prior to founding GeoLearning, he was president and co-founder of Excellence in Training Corporation, a leading producer of video-based training. Frank's extensive experience in the computer-based training field includes research at the Center for Advanced Computation at the University of Illinois where the first Internet browser was invented. He worked for Control Data Corporation in the late 1970s with the Plato System, which was the first commercially viable CBT authoring system. He has also been the director of training for a Fortune 500 company and head of training for the State of Iowa.
He was a founding member of the Digital Learning Organization (DLO) and President of its e-learning standards committee prior to its merger with the Instructional Systems Association (ISA), in which he continues to maintain his membership. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops on topics related to training, professional development and the current state and future of the e-learning industry.
Paul Seidel has providing training services with Delta College since 1979. During this time he has held positions such as Director of Training Operations, Manager of Automotive Training, Service Instructor, and his current position as Executive Director. In this role, he is responsible for strategic planning and overall direction of Corporate Services.
Paul has been on the Board of Governors and Chairman of the Educational Committee for the Automotive Training Managers Council, an organization designed to help member companies better train their customers to understand and utilize the latest products and techniques. Edward Trolley is Vice President of Learning Outsourcing for ACS. He is widely recognized for having started the training outsourcing industry when he orchestrated the first comprehensive training outsourcing deal between DuPont and The Forum Corporation in 1993. After joining The Forum Corporation, he continued to advance this outsourcing concept with leading companies such as The Moore Corporation, NCR, Texas Instruments, KPMG Canada, SmithKline Beecham, Irving Oil and other organizations around the globe. He has orchestrated more comprehensive training outsourcing relationships than anyone on the planet. Prior to entering the training outsourcing provider space, Mr. Trolley spent 26 years with DuPont where he held a variety of progressive leadership positions in three of DuPont’s strategic business units and two of its functional organizations. In his last role, he was head of DuPont’s Training and Education where he oversaw and guided the training and education for the 110,000-person multi-national corporation. Mr. Trolley received his B.S. in Management Science from the Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland, OH. In 1994, he received the Excellence in Sales and Marketing Award from the Sales and Marketing Executives of Philadelphia. In 1996, Mr. Trolley was selected as one of 60 civilians by the Secretary of Defense to participate in the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference. In 2002, Mr. Trolley was named as one of the “100 Superstars of HR Outsourcing” by HRO Today magazine. Mr. Trolley is co-author of the book, Running Training Like A Business: Delivering Unmistakable Value, published by Berrett-Koehler. He is a highly requested presenter at industry conferences and he has spoken at major events such as ASTD, TechLearn, The World Outsourcing Summit and the HRO World Outsourcing Conference.
